Hi, I'm Luke. For most of my career, I've helped people make sense of new technology, and the same thing came up every single time. The tools were never the problem. The explanation was. I spent my MBA years studying exactly how new technology gets adopted, led social media for Netflix across Asia Pacific, and built a multi-million dollar Australian e-commerce business from scratch. What I learned across all of it: most people aren't shown technology in a way that connects to their actual life.  Finally Clicked is my attempt to fix that. It’s about helping people feel more confident, more capable, and better equipped to keep up in a fast-changing world.
